Article 1 - Purpose

These terms of service govern the sale of software licenses by Realpath on the website realpath.fr.

Article 2 - Products

Realpath sells licenses for its software, including X-Media. Each product is available in several editions with different features and capacities.

Article 3 - Orders

The order is only final after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent with the license key and activation instructions.

Article 4 - Pricing

Prices are indicated in euros including VAT. Realpath reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, products being invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via our secure provider Stripe. Payment is due immediately upon order.

Article 6 - Delivery

Licenses are delivered electronically immediately after payment validation. The license key and download links are sent by email.

Article 7 - License Agreement

7.1 License Grant

Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive right to use the software according to the chosen edition. The license is perpetual and covers the purchased major version, with all updates released for that version.

7.2 Restrictions

Prohibition to copy, modify or redistribute the software
Prohibition of reverse engineering or decompilation
Prohibition to transfer the license without prior agreement
Use limited to the number of workstations authorized by the edition

7.3 Duration and upgrades

The license is perpetual: it does not expire. The purchased version remains usable indefinitely, with all its updates. Access to later versions is an optional, discounted upgrade.

Article 8 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with your agreement. By activating your license, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

Article 9 - Warranty

Realpath guarantees that the software works in accordance with its documentation. In case of defect, we commit to providing a fix or workaround within a reasonable time.

Article 10 - Liability

Realpath's liability is limited to the order amount. Realpath cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, data loss or loss of profit.

Article 11 - Support

Technical support is accessible through the customer area. Response times depend on the license edition. Support covers installation, activation and normal use of the software.

Article 12 - Termination

In case of violation of these terms, particularly unauthorized use of the software, Realpath reserves the right to terminate the license without notice or refund.

Article 13 - Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
